Hi dudes!! am stuck on an annual report design whose theme is: ' equality  and diversity'

its a bank annual report.

Have basic ideas of design but its not a 'wow' concept... any good idea for all these greys matters out there is welcome!!

so got any advice, glue ,idea,etc..please post it.thanks dudes!!
